Otandastar Qory establishes relations with international organizations specializing in the field of diaspora and minority policy, as well as bodies working with the diaspora of other states.

In this regard, on November 23, 2022, the Otandastar Qory signed memorandums of cooperation with the Department for Diaspora Affairs and Compatriots Abroad under the Turkish Government (YTB). On June 28, 2022, with the Turksoy International Organization; on April 10, 2023, with the State Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan for Work with the Diaspora; and on February 2, 2023, with the Foundation "Watandoshlar" of Uzbekistan.

In the near future, there are plans to sign memoranda with the Committee on Interethnic Relations of Uzbekistan, the Russian organization Rossotrudnichestvo, the German Verbundenheit Foundation, and the International Migration Organization.

In September 2023, the leadership of the Otandastar Qory met with the Chairman of the State Committee of the People's Republic of China for Ethnic Affairs, Pan Yue, who arrived in the country on an official visit. During the meeting, the sides discussed issues related to establishing bilateral contacts, developing connections with cultural organizations of our compatriots living in China, joint implementation of cultural and humanitarian projects, and exchange of experience between organizations. Pan Yue invited the delegation of the Otandastar Qory to visit the People's Republic of China on an official work trip.
