The Non-Profit Joint-Stock Company “Otandastar Qory” is establishing and developing cooperation with international organizations specializing in diaspora and minority policies, as well as with authorized governmental bodies of foreign states responsible for diaspora affairs.

Within this framework, on 23 November 2022, “Otandastar Qory” signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities of the Republic of Türkiye (YTB); on 28 June 2022, with the International Organization of Turkic Culture (TURKSOY); on 10 April 2023, with the State Committee of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Work with Diaspora; and on 2 February 2023, with the “Vatandoshlar” Foundation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In the future, it is planned to sign memorandums of cooperation with the Committee on Interethnic Relations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Russian organization "Rossotrudnichestvo", and the International Organization for Migration.

In September 2023, the leadership of “Otandastar Qory” met with PAN Yue, Chairman of the State Ethnic Affairs Commission of the People’s Republic of China, who arrived in Kazakhstan on an official visit. During the meeting, the parties discussed establishing bilateral cooperation between “Otandastar Qory” and the State Ethnic Affairs Commission of the PRC, strengthening ties with cultural organizations of ethnic Kazakhs residing in China, jointly implementing cultural and humanitarian projects, and exchanging institutional experience. PAN Yue invited the delegation of “Otandastar Qory” to pay an official visit to the People’s Republic of China.

Currently, efforts are underway to sign memorandums of understanding between “Otandastar Qory” and the Humanitarian Association of World Turkmens (GATM) of Turkmenistan, as well as organizations from Mongolia, Hungary, and Tajikistan.

Within the framework of the International Entrepreneurs Forum “Kasip Iesi – 2025,” organized by the World Association of Kazakhs, meetings were held at the office of “Otandastar Qory” with compatriot entrepreneurs from Russia, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan.

On 9 June 2025, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed in Bishkek between “Otandastar Qory" and the Assembly of the Peoples of Kyrgyzstan.

From 16 to 19 June 2025, representatives of “Otandastar Qory” took part in the Diaspora Youth Forum held in Tashkent.

As part of the Astana International Forum, representatives of “Otandastar Qory” participated in the panel session “1-on-1 session with Amy E. Pope, Director-General of the International Organization for Migration (IOM), during which experience was exchanged in the field of migration.

A total of 3,000 copies of books were sent to the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Uzbekistan, 5,000 copies to the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Mongolia, and 110 copies to the Consulate General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Xi’an.

A representative of “Otandastar Qory” took part in an international conference dedicated to the 180th anniversary of Abai Kunanbayev, held on 8–9 August in Tashkent and organized by the Kazakh National Cultural Center of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

On 11 September, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed in Almaty between “Otandastar Qory” and the Overseas Koreans Agency.

On 2–3 December, representatives of the Foundation participated in the 7th Meeting of the Ministers and Heads of Institutions of the Member States of the Organization of Turkic States responsible for diaspora affairs, held in Budapest.
