Vowel sounds are sounds produced freely when air exhaled from the lungs passes through the speech organs without any obstruction. Consonant sounds are sounds formed when the airflow encounters certain obstacles and with the participation of the speech organs. In the Kazakh language, sounds are divided into these two groups.
