If you stay in the Republic of Kazakhstan without registration with the internal affairs bodies for up to three days after the expiration of the term - a warning. If you live not at the address indicated during registration, or if you do not follow the rules for transit through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan - a fine of 15 MAI or administrative expulsion from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. If you do not leave Kazakhstan within three days after the expiration of the period specified in the visa or when registering in the migration card - a warning. If you evade leaving for a period exceeding three days after the expiration of the period specified in the visa or when registering with a migration card - a fine of 15 MAI or administrative expulsion from the Republic of Kazakhstan. In case of inconsistency of the activity with the goals indicated in the visa and (or) on the migration card, or labor activity without obtaining a certificate of qualification for self-employment, issued by the authorized body for migration of the population, or employment permits, when obtaining such a certificate or permit is a prerequisite for employment - a fine of 20 MAI or an administrative arrest for up to ten days, or an administrator ivnoe deportation from the Republic of Kazakhstan. If a repeated offense is committed within a year after the imposition of an administrative penalty - a fine of up to 20 MAI or administrative expulsion from the Republic of Kazakhstan or administrative arrest up to fifteen days with expulsion.
Contact the Office of Coordination of Employment and Social Programs at the place of residence for obtaining oralman status> Check if it is necessary to obtain a regional quota, if necessary, contact the Office of Coordination of Employment and Social Programs or Center for Public Service> If you have oralman status, provide documents for obtaining citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the local migration police unit > Provide documents to the PSC for obtaining an identity card and passport (if there is a certificate of form No. 6).
According to Article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on migration, the validity of an oralman’s certificate expires upon receipt by the oralman of the citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan or it may be terminated if the permanent residence permit is declared invalid or after one year from the date of receipt of the oralman’s status.

Attached to the application: copies of documents proving the identity of the oralman and his family members (if any), a copy of the marriage or divorce certificate (if any), copies of documents confirming education, qualifications and work experience in the specialty (if any) or work book (if available) or a certificate of employment, address certificate.
The commission, within ten working days after receiving the lists of applicants for oralmans, decides to include oralmans in the regional quota or reports a refusal.
In case of violation of migration legislation and stay without registration on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, illegal border crossing, administrative responsibility and deportation to the country of departure are envisaged. It is not brought to administrative responsibility and is subject to re-documentation if there are no documents confirming the citizenship of any country. In case of loss of documents, you must contact the embassy of the country of departure.
According to article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on migration, the status of oralman terminates after obtaining the citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
A residence permit is issued for 10 years and its period corresponds to the period of validity of a citizen’s passport. If the passport of a foreign citizen has expired, the residence permit is considered invalid. Therefore, first of all, it is necessary to extend the passport and then apply for the extension of the residence permit.
To extend the status of “oralman”, a corresponding application must be submitted no later than 6 (six) months from the date of its termination. “Oralman” status is renewed for no more than 3 (three) months.
In case of moving from one city to another, the status of oralman can be extended at the place of registration, regardless of the place of obtaining the status of oralman.
