The International Youth Organization "Jas Qazaq" (hereinafter referred to as the Organization) was established under the NAO "Otandastar Foundation" (hereinafter referred to as the Society) in November 2019. In its activities, the organization is guided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the concept and development plan of the Company, as well as this concept. Every young compatriot who shares the ideas and values of the Society can become a member of the organization.
The main goal of the Organization is comprehensive support of young compatriots abroad.
Responsibilities of the organization:
– Promoting the popularization of the youth who returned to the Republic of Kazakhstan;
– Assistance in the implementation of the state youth policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
– Assistance in improving the educational, intellectual, and professional level of the youth;
– Support and implementation of socially significant youth initiatives.
The competence of the Organization: In order to achieve the set goals and fulfill the tasks, the Organization has the following rights:
– To protect the legitimate rights of members of the organization;
– To organize interaction with young compatriots abroad and on socio-cultural issues;
– Participate in the implementation of projects related to issues of diaspora policy and support for young compatriots;
– To recommend recommendations on improving legislation in the field of diaspora policy and support for young compatriots;
– To hold conferences, briefings, round tables, exhibitions on issues related to young compatriots abroad and returning to their homeland;
– To inform the public through mass media and social networks about the results of the organization's interaction with state bodies and other socially significant issues and projects;
Membership in the Organization: The organization is created and operates on the basis of the principles of voluntary membership. Members of the Organization can be blood-born young people living abroad or returning to the country.
Members of the Organization have the right to:
– Participate in meetings of the Organization;
– Participate in organizational activities of the Organization;
– Join groups within the Organization to work on a specific project;
– Participate in the development of the Organization's development programs, drawing up an annual work plan;
– Make suggestions related to the development of the Organization.
Members of the organization are obliged to:
– Take an active part in the activities of the organization;
– Participation in general meetings of the organization.
