The capital's international airport continues to work to improve the quality of passenger service. Thus, a car rental service from the international company AVIS, which has car rental points in more than 160 countries around the world, has launched at the capital’s airport. In addition, together with the Parqour company, the capital's air harbor plans to launch a new service - Valet Service, which allows passengers to conveniently leave their car at the terminal and immediately proceed to check-in or boarding.

In addition, today the airport continues repair and construction work on the territory of the capital’s airport. The sidewalk paving stones and curbs in front of the terminals are being replaced. In the summer, to ensure an appropriate microclimate and compliance with sanitary and epidemiological requirements, the airport carries out repair and restoration work on climate control equipment and terminal ventilation systems.

Prayer rooms for performing namaz have been reconstructed, which are located in the domestic departures terminal. Men's and women's prayer rooms on the ground floor in the arrivals hall guarantee convenience and comfort for passengers and visitors. Also, an additional prayer room is available in the sterile area T2 on the second floor of Astana International Airport, providing passengers with the opportunity to perform prayers before departure.

Improving the quality of passenger service is a priority for the airport, which is under constant control.
