As previously reported, judoka Akmaral Nauatbek won the gold medal of the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris. Nauatbek won the final in the weight category up to 48 kilograms (category J2). In the decisive fight, Akmaral met with Sandrine Martinet (France). The Kazakhstani won with an ippon score.
