A Memorandum of mutual cooperation was signed between the Atyrau region akimat and the Otandastar Foundation non-profit joint-stock company to support ethnic Kazakhs, both foreign and resettled in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The event was attended by Deputy akim of Atyrau region B. Khamenova, adviser to the President of nao "Otandastar Foundation" S. Tuitebekov, as well as regional departments of internal policy, language development, entrepreneurship and industrial and innovative development, physical culture and sports, education, employment and social programs, culture, archives and documentation, the Atyrau region police Department and non-governmental organizations.

During the meeting, Deputy akim of the region B. Khamenova, adviser to the President of the non-profit joint-stock company "Otandastar Foundation" S. Tuitebekov made speeches and signed a Memorandum on bilateral cooperation.
