On July 15, 2025, the «Otandastar Qory» and the «TechnoWomen Non-profit Organisation», which supports the development of technology and education, signed a memorandum of cooperation. The agreement marks the beginning of a new partnership aimed at strengthening ties between ethnic Kazakhs living abroad and Kazakhstan’s growing IT sector.
Under the memorandum, the parties agreed to jointly implement projects, including the engagement of ethnic Kazakhs in Aqyl Tech and IT Aiel programs, as well as the development of new digital education and career guidance initiatives for Kazakh communities abroad.
As part of the event, TechnoWomen expert Natalia Abramova delivered a masterclass for the Foundation’s staff on «Summer 2025 Trends in Artificial Intelligence». Participants explored the latest developments in AI and discussed practical applications in social and media-related projects.
This collaboration represents an important step toward equipping the next generation of ethnic Kazakhs with relevant knowledge and digital skills.
