This includes the development and observance of anti-corruption standards, financial control, compliance with anti-corruption restrictions, and the prevention and resolution of conflicts of interest.

Officials and employees of the Organization, regardless of their position, bear responsibility for adhering to the principles and requirements of the anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as for the actions (or inaction) of their subordinates that may violate these principles, requirements, and anti-corruption standards.

Measures of liability for corruption-related offenses within the Organization include criminal, administrative, and disciplinary responsibility in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Organization is entitled to conduct internal investigations into any substantiated suspicion or established fact of corruption, within the limits permitted by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
