Starting from May 5 of this year, a new airline from the Republic of Uzbekistan — My Freighter (Centrum Air) — will enter the Kazakhstani air transportation market.
The airline will begin operating direct, regular passenger flights on the Tashkent–Almaty route with a frequency of two flights per week (on Mondays and Thursdays). Beginning June 6 of this year, one additional flight will be added on Fridays, bringing the total number of flights to three per week.
The launch of air service between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan is expected to further promote trade and economic ties, business and investment cooperation, as well as tourism and cultural exchange between the two countries.
