In the residence "Akorda" was held a solemn welcoming ceremony for the President of France Emmanuel Macron, who arrived on an official visit to Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Emmanuel Macron introduced each other to members of the delegations.

The Presidents of Kazakhstan and France adopted a Joint Statement.

2. Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the French Republic on the establishment and operation of the French Development Agency Group in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3. Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the French Republic regarding the establishment of international (French) schools in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the teaching of French in secondary educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
4. Joint declaration between Kazakhstan and France on intentions to co-operate on strategic minerals;
5. Agreement on cooperation, licence and supply between JSC "NH "QazBioPharm" and "Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health France" on local production of vaccine against foot-and-mouth disease in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
6. Joint Venture Agreement on the project of construction of wind power plants with total capacity of 1 GW with energy storage system;
Investment agreement on the implementation of the project "Production and maintenance of railway locomotives and rolling stock, as well as components for railway equipment in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
