Kazakhfilm studio plans to create an animated film in coproduction with a Chinese company, reports Kazinform agency's own correspondent.

According to the president of XI'AN WUYI TIMES CULTURE MEDIA CO.LTD. Nyu Siyuan, we are confident that we can turn the joint cartoon into an international project, which will perfectly combine the features of culture of Kazakhstan and China.

- It will be a story along the Great Silk Road. By the end of the year we should approve the script, and then we will start working. Production of the cartoon will be in China, but we will go to Kazakhstan to conduct interviews and other work to see the features of your country's culture on the spot and pass them on in our joint project," he said.

Recall, in Beijing opened a week of Kazakhstani cinema.

Film screening takes place from 2 to 5 November, these days on the screens of the cinema at the Chinese Film Archive will be shown six films: "Tomiris", "Birzhan Sal", "Shal", "Training Ademoki", "Composer", "Time of patriots" and one cartoon "Muzbalak".
