The organisers are the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty Akimat, Tech Garden and Astana Hub, an international technology park for IT-startups.
