Since the beginning of 2024, with the support of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the content of free courses in Kazakh and Russian languages ​​of instruction has been expanded on the Skills Enbek platform. A total of 44 new courses have been added across a variety of industries and skills.

The duration of each course is more than 36 hours. Online learning allows you to acquire specific skills or additional competencies within a specific professional field.

Thus, in the field of construction and production, courses were added such as “Maintenance and repair of equipment, pipelines and fittings of heating networks”, “Operation of networks and structures of water supply and sanitation”, “Fitter for emergency repair work”, “Fundamentals of welding production”, "Fundamentals of turning."

Additional courses on individual services and nutrition have appeared: “Learn to sew from scratch!”, “Administrator in the service sector”, “Hairdressing”, “Cook”, “Basics of baking”, “Confectionery workshop”. There is a course “Care Worker for Persons with Disabilities”.
There are also courses with an emphasis on “soft” skills, which are no less important for every profession, such as “Effective communications and teamwork”, “Fundamentals of critical thinking”, “Time management and prioritization”, “Design thinking”, “Business Process Management”, “Communication Culture in Business”, “Agile Project Management”, “Marketing Analysis (Consulting)”, “Working with Microsoft Office” and “Developing Environmental Thinking Skills”.

The received certificate of completion of the course will automatically be displayed in the resume on the employment portal Enbek.kz, indicating all the skills acquired.

Course training is also available through the Enbek mobile application, which can be downloaded from Google Play and the App Store.

Another partner is the State Language Foundation, which has created a portal for learning the state language - Soyle.kz. A promotional course “How to learn the Kazakh language from scratch” is available on the Skills Enbek platform.

As of today, the platform hosts 477 courses in various areas, of which 243 courses are free. The number of registered users has almost reached 380 thousand people.
