The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the portal “Open Legal and Legal Entities” posted a draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On the signing of an Agreement on information interaction in the field of pension provision between the Social Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.”

The purpose of signing the Agreement is to organize secure information interaction between the parties in order to verify the fact of simultaneous receipt by citizens of pensions established in accordance with the legislation of Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
