Today an online meeting of the Republican and regional headquarters of the ANC was held to provide humanitarian assistance to those affected by the floods. The issues of coordinating the work of the regional headquarters of the ANC and the progress of the implementation of the special project “Zhurekten Zhurekke” (heart to Heart)  were considered, within the framework of which representatives of ethnocultural associations help in providing the victims with food, hot meals, clothing, essential goods, and equipment.

To date, more than 9.8 thousand ANC volunteers are involved in providing assistance to flood victims. Representatives of the Assembly of Ethnocultural Associations sent 212.3 tons of food and essential goods to the affected regions, as well as financial assistance worth more than 253 million tenge.

Volunteer centers and humanitarian aid reception points have been organized in all regional Houses of Friendship.
