The flood situation on rivers and reservoirs is being monitored using aerial visual surveys and the use of drones, and in some regions blasting operations are being carried out on rivers.

There are 141 road overflows, 99 road washouts under control, including 8 bridges and 91 road surfaces. There are 65 settlements under control without transport links, where local executive bodies maintain contact with the population and have created the necessary supplies of food and medicine.

In the Aktobe region, in the Uil district, there is a decline in the water level on the Uil River. Bank protection work continues, and a pontoon crossing is in operation to transport the population and transport inert material, as well as food. Due to an increase in the influx of melt water into the Kargaly reservoir and a rise in the water level on the Kargala River, work to evacuate the population continued from gardening groups in Aktobe, 216 people were evacuated, of which 106 were children, who were placed in evacuation centers and with relatives. In the Atyrau region in the Zhylyoi district there is a decline in the water level on the Zhem river. 118 people, including 43 children, were evacuated in advance from the settlements of Budenovka, Aleshinka and Vvedenka in the Mendykarinsky district to the Kostanay region.
