The third railway journey along the Jibek Joly route is set to launch in celebration of the spring festival of Nauryz. From March 20 to March 25, 2025, tourists will have the opportunity to experience the holiday in two countries—Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. This time, the route has been expanded to include one of the oldest cities in Central Asia—Taraz.
The international tour will cover Almaty, Turkistan, Tashkent, Samarkand, and Taraz. Over the course of five days, travelers will immerse themselves in the atmosphere of ancient cities, explore the spiritual heritage of the Silk Road, and discover the rich cultures of both nations.

The Jibek Joly tourist train, launched in November last year, has already sparked great interest not only among local travelers but also among guests from Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Russia, and other countries.
To date, the train has successfully completed two journeys along the Great Silk Road. The third trip, dedicated to Nauryz, is already almost fully booked, with approximately 350 tourists set to embark on this unique adventure. This strong demand once again confirms the popularity of the railway tour among travelers.
