Today, as part of the official visit of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov to Kazakhstan, cultural figures of Kazakhstan were presented with state awards.

During the ceremony, State Secretary of the Kyrgyz Republic Suyunbek Kasmambetov noted that awarding representatives of culture and art with state awards should be considered as a sign of centuries-old friendship, common culture, developing cooperation, as well as a step aimed at further active development of cultural and humanitarian ties.

Abdrakhmanov, statesman and public figure, Turkic scholar Myrzatai
Zholdasbekov, Rector of the Kazakh National University named after Al-Farabi Zhanseit Tuimebaev Kanseituly.

The Order of Dank was awarded to the President of the International Foundation for Turkic Culture and Heritage Aktota Raimkulova.

The honorary title “People’s Artist of the Kyrgyz Republic” was awarded to Soviet and Kazakh composer Altynbek Korazbayev and People’s Artist of Kazakhstan Roza Rymbaeva.
Roza Rymbaeva noted that culture has no boundaries.“In 1996, I was awarded the title of Honored Cultural Worker of Kyrgyzstan. After 28 years, I received the honorary title “People’s Artist of the Kyrgyz Republic.” This is a huge achievement for me,” she said.

The "Dank" medal was awarded to the general director - chairman of the board of editors of the literary, artistic, mass magazine "Tan-Sholpan" Didar Kulkenov.
