Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan A.A. Bakaev introduced the new leader to the staff of the Otandastar Foundation NJSC. By order of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Daniyar Ramazanovich Kadirov was appointed president of the Otandastar Foundation NJSC.
At the same time, Alibek Asetovich expressed gratitude to the former leader Abzal Saparbekuly for his contribution to improving the activities of the Otandastar Foundation NJSC and strengthening ties with compatriots abroad.
Kadirov Daniyar Ramazanovich was born in 1975 in Almaty. Graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
He began his career in 1999 as a leading specialist in the Department of Mass Media of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan, then until 2004 he held various positions in the structure of this department.
From 2000 to 2004 - head of the department, and then deputy director of the Department of Youth Policy of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2005, he moved to local executive bodies to the position of deputy akim of Stepnogorsk.
In 2007, he was the head of the sector of the Department of State Control and Organizational Work of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Later he moved to the diplomatic position of minister-counselor at the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Mongolia, then in the period from 2013 to 2015 he was sent to the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Turkmenistan to a similar position.
In the period from 2015 to 2019, he worked as the executive director of the Association of Television and Radio Broadcasting Operators of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2019-2022, he was Deputy Head of the Department for Control over the Consideration of Appeals of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2022-2023 he worked as Vice Minister of Information and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Before being appointed president of the Otandastar Foundation NJSC, from November 2023 to March 2024, he was Vice Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
