CSCEC is involved in housing, infrastructure and real estate development. The company's service sector includes full cycle production, that is, planning, design, investment, construction and operation.

During the meeting, Kanat Sharlapaev was introduced to major projects implemented by CSCEC.
Next, the Minister announced a proposal for the implementation of infrastructure projects in the new city of Alatau, which is under construction.
The Kazakh side confirmed the readiness of the Government of Kazakhstan to provide full support to foreign investors during the implementation of joint projects with the CSCEC company.
The topic of the G4 City SEZ under construction was also touched upon - an integrated city that will consist of four districts - business and financial, educational and medical, industrial and logistics, and tourism. In turn, CSCEC expressed particular interest in participating.

In addition, due to the company's extensive experience in designing large areas and large projects, the Ministry of Industry and Construction offered cooperation in the field of designing rural settlements in Kazakhstan.
