Civil protection services, volunteers and involved organizations continue to work to eliminate the flood and provide assistance to the population in the Atyrau, Aktobe, West Kazakhstan and North Kazakhstan regions.
Throughout the republic, water was diverted from 7,089 private residential buildings and 2,834 courtyards, and 39,352 people returned to their homes. 6,552 people remain in evacuation centers.
