At the same time, due to the ongoing reconstruction on the Kazakh-Uzbek border, the Kaplanbek checkpoint was closed, and the movement of people and vehicles at the Tazhen, Atameken and Kazygurt checkpoints was limited.
“Checkpoints on Russian, Kyrgyz and Turkmen routes will operate as usual. Citizens are advised to plan their routes in advance,” the message says.
