Suragan Rakhmetuly, poet, kazakh in Mongolia, was awarded the international Alash Prize for popularizing literature.

This year, the international literary prize of Kazakh writers “Alash” was awarded to more than 20 writers, poets, and literary scholars. The award was presented at the final meeting of the Writers' Union "Fiction: talent and taste", which was attended by writers, poets, literary critics and journalists from different regions of the country.

This prize is considered one of the most prestigious awards among writers in Kazakhstan.

The creativity and contribution of Suragan Rakhmetula to literature are especially appreciated among the Kazakh diaspora of Mongolia. Awarding the poet will undoubtedly contribute to the recognition of Kazakh literature in neighboring countries.
