The Ministry of Education, together with JSC National Center for Research and Evaluation of Education "Taldau" named after Akhmet Baitursynuly, JSC NIT and ICRIAP, launched a new service "Bilim", available in the eGovMobile mobile application. This became known at a briefing at the Central Communications Service.

Vice Minister of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Arai Urazova spoke about the service, which contains all the necessary data and information about education, making it more accessible and convenient for citizens.

“Bilim” consists of several sections that contain education data, digital documents on completion of education, information about guardianship and trusteeship, a child’s profile and additional information about students. For teachers, the “Teacher Portfolio” section is available, containing brief information about work activity, length of service, category and certification,” noted the vice minister.

In addition, the service will allow users to familiarize themselves with and sign, using an electronic digital signature, agreements on the provision of educational services between educational organizations and users.

To access this service, you must log in to the eGov Mobile application and select “Bilim” from the list.

Please note that work is currently ongoing to fill the sections with the necessary data regarding the education of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
