ICRIAP is pleased to present a new service for Kazakhstanis - the ability to connect home Internet using the eGov Mobile mobile application.

This innovative service was developed jointly with JSC National Information Technologies and allows citizens to easily apply for an Internet connection through the eGov Mobile mobile applications. The application process is automatically routed to operators and also includes checking that the required network infrastructure is in place.

At the moment, the telecom operator Kazakhtelecom JSC is connected to the service, and other operators will soon join it in order to provide the widest possible choice of tariffs for citizens.
How to use the service? It's simple:

- Go to the “Services” - “Other” section and select “Connect the Internet”.

- Click the “Call me back” button and give permission.

- Select the desired tariff and click “Submit Application”, confirm the data.

- Your application is accepted!

After submitting your application, you will receive an SMS with your application number and a link to track your status.

If your home does not have optical lines, operator specialists will contact you within an hour to offer alternative connection options.
