As part of the Address of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan “Economic Course of a Fair Kazakhstan” dated September 1, 2023 regarding the organization of a Unified Helpline by the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the AMANAT party and the NAO State Corporation “Government” for Citizens" (hereinafter referred to as the State Corporation), a contact center "111" was organized on family issues, protection of the rights of women and children.
The “111” contact center provides information and reference consultations, psychological assistance to citizens on family issues, protection of the rights of women and children, and also informs central government bodies, local executive bodies on received appeals and provides information to citizens about the status of execution of appeals.
Operators of the "111" Contact Center will be in free direct contact with operational teams to help families in difficult life situations, around the clock, without breaks, weekends and holidays.
The creation of the "111" Contact Center will create conditions for citizens, especially families, women and children, to receive an effective tool for timely assistance from the state.
