As British Ambassador to Kazakhstan Katie Leach noted at the University Open Day in Astana, Coventry University is widely known throughout the world and attracts students from different countries. Now there are more than 21 thousand people studying there. She emphasized the particular importance of the teacher education programs provided by this university.

“For Kazakhstan, which now has many children and students, it is important that there are enough highly educated teachers,” - noted British Ambassador to Kazakhstan Katie Leach

In particular, the university will offer training to obtain the status of an internationally qualified teacher. This is a project of the National Institute for Advanced Teaching (NITE) at Coventry University. It is the world's leading center for teacher training.

The Kazakhstan campus also plans to study MBA Global Business and undergraduate programs, including such specialties as advertising and digital marketing, business and human resource management, information technology, computer science, etc.

In turn, Coventry University’s representative for global interaction, Craig Blythe, noted that the quality of education on the Kazakhstan campus will not be inferior to the level of education at the parent university.

University graduates will be awarded a degree and a British diploma directly from Coventry University.

“The quality of your education on the Kazakh campus will correspond to the British one, your diploma will indicate that you are a graduate of Coventry University. We invest a lot of effort in ensuring that the quality of training for our students is the same, we have been working with experts for many years. Since we provide the same educational programs across the entire Coventry University Group, students can transfer from campus to campus around the world,” assured Coventry University Global Engagement Officer Craig Blythe.

He added that university students have access to unique projects and internships through Coventry University's partnerships with leading companies and organizations.

The cost of studying on a Kazakhstan campus will be significantly lower than the cost of higher education abroad, taking into account the cost of living and flights. The university can provide grants to the most talented applicants on a competitive basis.
