The adoption of the draft order will allow:

- in the event that ethnic Kazakhs do not have official documents confirming their nationality, special Commissions will be created under local executive bodies to determine the Kazakh nationality of persons applying for the status of candad and citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan in a simplified (registration) procedure;

- include in the regional quota for the admission of Kandas widows of the Kandas and their common children who arrived after the inclusion of the Kandas in the regional quota for the admission of Kandas and (or) born in the Republic of Kazakhstan before their parents received citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- include in the disposal regions regions affected by natural emergencies, with the exception of the regions defined by subparagraph 2) of paragraph 3 of Article 112 of the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

The adoption of the draft order will not entail negative socio-economic and/or legal consequences.
