Chairman of the Committee for Construction and Housing and Communal Services Bakhytzhan Zhunisbekov held a meeting with representatives of the Construction Supervision and Safety Agency of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

During the discussion they discussed the issues of implementation of international projects taking into account the adaptation of local norms. The methods of calculating the estimated cost of construction in the two countries were also discussed.

The main purpose of the event was not only to exchange experience, but also to identify promising areas of co-operation, to study the possibilities of interaction between the countries and to develop ways for the development of joint work in the field of pricing and cost estimation in construction.

The Azerbaijani side is interested in adopting Kazakhstan's experience in the field of pricing in construction and is ready to continue work on further co-operation between the two countries.
