International students come to Petropavlovsk to enroll at the Kozybayev University for joint dual degree programmes with the University of Arizona.

The first student was Egor Rokhin from Ekaterinburg. Today he signed a contract with the university to provide educational services. Earlier he applied to the admissions office and provided all the documents necessary for admission.

Now he is officially a student of Kozybayev University. Egor noted that he was attracted by the possibility of receiving two diplomas - Kazakhstani and American - upon graduation.

He was also interested in the prospect of studying with leading professors in a foreign language, which will improve his command of English, and studying in Arizona for a semester. It should be noted that foreign applicants have the right to enter Kozybayev University for double-diploma programmes on a fee basis.
