Satbayev University scientists, with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, under the signed agreement, are sent to Penn State for a scientific internship. After completing their training abroad, the scientists will teach in priority areas: geology, cybersecurity, petroleum engineering and materials science, under the "3 + 1 + 1" program.

The internship will last 12 months, from August 15, 2024 to July 31, 2025. The program includes laboratory classes, courses, workshops, seminars, participation in conferences, research projects, mentoring programs, and field work opportunities.

Rector of Satbayev University Meiram Begentayev expressed his support and wished our scientists and students success. He emphasized that participation in the program will contribute to the professional growth of specialists and strengthen the scientific potential of Satbayev University.

This internship will provide scientists with unique opportunities to deepen their knowledge, exchange experience with international colleagues and develop advanced scientific skills.
