“The Situation Center of the Ministry operates throughout the republic,” said Deputy Chairperson of the Committee of Higher and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Akerke Abylaikhan at a press conference in the CCS.
There are also crisis centers at each university. These centers are places where students can stay until they find a place near the university.

“In the cities of Astana and Almaty, where there is the greatest shortage of dormitories, crisis centers of the Ministry are also open,” the speaker said.
