In addition, young people who received an education under the Serpin project will be provided with places in dormitories. "In cases where senior students do not have enough space in university dormitories, universities must enter into contracts with private dormitories built within the framework of a private partnership and provide them with places," said Deputy Chairperson of the Committee for Higher and Postgraduate Education of the Ministry of Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Akerke Abylaikhan at a press conference in the CCS.
