The Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in collaboration with the National Volunteer Network, has announced the launch of the "Marathon of Good Deeds" project, set to begin on March 1. This initiative aims to promote volunteerism and charitable activities among Kazakhstani citizens. A special event calendar has been developed as part of the project, addressing a wide range of pressing social issues. It includes thematic events designed to increase civic engagement and foster social responsibility.

At the conclusion of the "Marathon of Good Deeds," the most active participants will be recognized in the following categories: "Jürekten Jüreke" (From Heart to Heart), "Qoğam Igiligi Üşin" (For the Benefit of Society), "Salauatty Qoğam" (Healthy Society), "Jaqsylyqtyñ Jarşısy" (Herald of Kindness), "Inkljuzivti Keleshek" (Inclusive Future), "Tabiğat Qoğauşy" (Nature Protector), and "Januarlar Janasşyry" (Animal Advocate). Additionally, awards will be presented in special categories, including "Eñ Meirimdi Aimaq" (Kindest Region), "Eñ Meirimdi Aul" (Kindest Village), "Eñ Meirimdi Ujym" (Kindest Organization), "Eñ Meirimdi Joğary Oqý Orny" (Kindest University), "Eñ Meirimdi Mektep" (Kindest School), and "Eñ Belsendi Media" (Most Active Media).

Last year, more than 7,000 good deeds were carried out within the framework of the project, with the total number of participants exceeding 50,000 people. To participate, individuals must register on the online platform Qazvolunteer.kz and share their acts of kindness on social media using the hashtags #ИгіІстерМарафоны2025 #МарафонДобрыхДел2025 #MarathonOfGoodDeeds2025.
