Since the beginning of 2024, 78.8 thousand citizens, of whom about 39.6 thousand are unemployed, have received certificates of completion of online courses on the Skills Enbek vocational training platform (hereinafter referred to as the Platform). In total, 458.6 thousand Kazakhstanis have registered on the Platform, of which 98 thousand in 2024.

Of the 39.6 thousand unemployed citizens who completed the training, about 12 thousand people are young people, mainly from the Aktobe, Turkestan, Kostanay, Mangistau regions and the city of Shymkent.

Since the launch, the authors have published 603 courses on the Platform in various areas, of which 271 are free. There are also courses from partners Courstore, Fluent Education and Yandex Kazakhstan with the possibility of switching to educational platforms for further training.

The duration of the courses ranges from 1 to 72 hours.

The most popular courses for the month of August are "Cashier", "Writing and writing", "Building a sales department in a hotel", "Human Resources Management" and "Insurance agent".

The number of free courses on various professions in the fields of tourism, HR and secretariat, SMART SKILLS, social services and others is constantly increasing on the Platform.

So, last month, JSC "CRTR" entered into a cooperation agreement with Appazov Brand Academy, within the framework of which the courses of the Skills Enbek platform will be expanded in the direction of brand management. This will significantly expand the base of available courses, including training in building a personal brand, which will be an additional advantage for users of the platform.As previously reported, the Platform is aimed at increasing the level of education and professionalism of the country's population as a whole, stimulating career development and promoting the concept of "lifelong learning". It was created by analogy with international training platforms that provide access to online courses based on the principle of a marketplace for services.

On the Platform, the student independently chooses the appropriate pace and language of training, a comfortable principle of presenting the material, and can track their progress in the educational process.

Upon completion of the training, the student must pass testing with a threshold level of 70%. Upon successful completion of the course, a certificate of skill acquisition is issued. A mandatory condition for completing the training is the course assessment by the student.

The received certificate is automatically indicated in the resume created by the student upon registration on the Electronic Labor Exchange (enbek.kz). When searching for employees, a potential employer will see certificates received after successful training on the Platform.

The placement of online courses on the Platform is free for authors and developers.Courses can be posted in the state and Russian languages, must contain various formats of information presentation: text, presentations, video and audio materials, infographics and other types. The platform provides the ability to adapt the interface for students with special needs.

Course authors have access to a convenient lesson designer, viewing statistics and the effectiveness of published courses, a variety of certificate designs are provided, and an online calculator for preliminary calculation of the cost of training is also available.
