By the Decree of the Head of State, Kairat Kudaibergenovich Abdrakhmanov was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons concurrently.

Abdrakhmanov K.K. from 2013 to 2016 was the Permanent Representative of Kazakhstan to the UN. From December 2016 to December 2018, he held the post of Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan.

From 2019 to 2020, he worked as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Sweden and Denmark concurrently.
