The Kazakh side introduced key AI-driven initiatives, including the Unified Platform for Receiving, Processing, and Analyzing Citizen and Business Requests (eOtinish), the Notarial Information System (eNotary), and the National Artificial Intelligence Platform, which enables developers and government agencies to integrate AI solutions into key sectors.
The visit highlighted Kazakhstan’s successful implementation of innovative initiatives that drive automation and improve administrative efficiency. Currently, the mobile e-government application (eGov) has 10 million users, offering access to approximately 1,000 public services, with a total of 72 million services delivered through the platform.
