The State Academic Concert Organization "Kazakhconcert" named after Roza Baglanova held a national art festival - "Bizdin zharmenke". The event was attended by the Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aida Balayeva.

"Bizdin zharmenke" is a project of the National Art Center "Halyk Kazynasy" of the Kazakhconcert, dedicated to the popularization of Kazakh national culture and the revival of historical art fairs, such as Koyandinskaya, Karkaralinskaya, Kokzhar and others.
