On the eGov.kz portal, Kazakhstanis can now check information about a car before buying it. The "Car History" service will help avoid problems and clarify all questions.

To check, you need to find out the state registration number of the car and the registration certificate number from the potential seller.

The "Car History" service reveals the following information:

- car brand name and year of manufacture;

- engine capacity, body color and the presence of additionally installed equipment;

- date of initial registration of the car on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- the total number of previous owners with dates of re-registration of the car without specifying personal data about the owners;

- the presence of a pledge or encumbrance on the vehicle.

To obtain information, the user must log in to the eGov.kz portal. After going to the "Car History" service, you need to enter the state registration number of the car (GRNZ) and the number of the vehicle registration certificate (SRTS).
