The long-awaited concert of Marat Bisengaliev, a world-famous virtuoso violinist and Goodwill Ambassador of Kazakhstan, together with the Chamber Orchestra of the Kazakh National Conservatory, was held with great success on the stage of the E. Rakhmadiev Grand Hall. The concert is dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Kazakh National Conservatory named after Kurmangazy.
This concert became one of the highlights of the conservatory's anniversary year.
The event was attended not only by representatives of the cultural and musical community of Almaty, but also by the Representative Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty, as well as representatives of diplomatic missions and international organizations.
The program included works by British composers Edward Elgar and Karl Jenkins, which acquired a special sound thanks to the unique synthesis of classical music and Kazakh ethnic motifs. Ethno-musicians Anar Kasymova, Abzal Arykbayev and saxophonist Arukhat Musaipov brought a unique Kazakh flavor to the concert program.
On the eve of the concert, the rector of the conservatory, Gaukhar Tasbergenova, solemnly presented Marat Bisengaliev with the title of Honorary Professor of the Kazakh National Conservatory, emphasizing his outstanding contribution to the development of Kazakhstan's musical culture and long-term fruitful cooperation with the university.
Marat Bisengaliev also held a series of master classes for students of the Chamber Orchestra and young conductors, passing on his unique experience to a new generation of Kazakhstani musicians.
