In the capital, more than three thousand dombra players simultaneously performed the kui "Balbyraun", and this bright event in the world of art was included in the Guinness Book of Records of Kazakhstan, the Kazinform agency reports with reference to the Akimat of Astana.
In the athletics sports complex "Qazaqstan" at a large-scale event "Nagyz Kazakh - Dombira" more than three thousand participants of the capital's dombra clubs simultaneously performed the kui of Kurmangazy Sagyrbaiuly "Balbyraun".
- In Kazakhstan, the state creative order project has been implemented since 2021. Its goal is to cover children and adolescents aged 4 to 17 years old with free clubs, effectively spend their leisure time and increase interest in art. And today in Astana we have gathered more than three thousand students who will participate in such a dombra club, simultaneously performing the kui and entering the Book of Records of the country. As a rule, the participants of the circle begin their training with the kyui "Balbyrauyn", so this particular piece was chosen. We also evaluate the performances of the participants of the circle. An event of this scale is being held for the first time in the country, - said the head of the institution for the implementation of the state creative order for Astana, Erlan Zhalgas.
Before this, more than 3,200 musicians had never performed kyui or another piece of music in one hall.
- In this regard, this event is ahead of the records previously set in our country. We can say that it is going to become one of the largest musical records in the world. However, our main goal is to register in the Book of Records of Kazakhstan for the region of the country. And we can say that today we have fully achieved this goal. This process was monitored by experts. The number of children will be checked by 8 experts, and the quality of the kyui performance - by 4 experts, - said the official representative of the Guinness Book of Records of Kazakhstan, Kuandyk Kudaibergenov.
The students were conducted by cultural figure Sholpan Kurganbek.
