A trilateral memorandum on the development of an inclusive creative industry was signed in the North Kazakhstan region. The participants in the cooperation were the Department of Culture, Language Development and Archival Affairs, the Sensitive Theatre of Deaf Dancers and the Russian Inclusive Dance Charity Foundation.

The partners intend to improve the methodology for developing the creative industry among people with disabilities. In Kazakhstan, this is the first agreement in the field of inclusive creative industry.

The plans include holding seminars, master classes, competitions and festivals of international level based on the Qyzyljar Creative Center hub.
