Chairman of the Tourism Industry Committee Nurtas Karipbayev met tourists going on their first trip on the Jibek Joly tourist train during a working visit to the Turkestan region. The new route, created to develop tourism and cultural exchange, opened its doors to 115 travelers.

Passengers of the first flight will spend one day in historical Turkestan and two days in the capital of Uzbekistan - Tashkent. For the convenience of tourists, excursions with professional guides and transport support on comfortable buses are provided.

The Jibek Joly tourist train was launched on the instructions of the Head of State K. Tokayev as part of the implementation of the tourism development strategy. This project is aimed at creating new opportunities for travel, strengthening cultural ties between countries and increasing the availability of travel for citizens.
