The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft of the Rules for the interaction of labor mobility centers with private employment agencies (hereinafter referred to as PEA) on the organization of labor activities of citizens of Kazakhstan abroad. The document has been posted on the Open NPA portal for public discussion.

The main objective of the document is to ensure the training of Kazakhstanis traveling to work outside the republic, the effective organization of their labor activities and the protection of labor rights abroad.

The rules establish requirements for PEAs applying for participation in the employment of citizens abroad, and also determine the procedure for interaction between these agencies and labor mobility centers.

It also regulates the procedure for the selection by private employment agencies of applicants wishing to find employment abroad and their training.
In addition, it provides for the creation and maintenance of a register of PEAs that meet the established requirements.
