New flight routes to connect Kazakhstan and Cyprus

The Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan continues its ongoing efforts to expand the geography of international flights and increase frequencies on existing routes. As part of these initiatives, Air Astana has opened ticket sales for regular scheduled flights to the city of Larnaca, Republic of Cyprus.

From June to September, the airline will operate regular flights to Larnaca from both Astana and Almaty. Flights from Astana are scheduled to run from June 2 to September 5, operating on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The estimated flight time is 5 hours and 40 minutes to Larnaca, with a return duration of 5 hours and 5 minutes.

Flights from Almaty are planned from June 4 to September 6, with departures on Thursdays and Sundays. The flight time from Almaty is expected to be 6 hours and 5 minutes, while the return journey will take 5 hours and 30 minutes. All services on these routes will be operated using modern narrow-body Airbus A321LR aircraft.
