A Council on Youth Policy operates under the Head of State. In addition, the Presidential Talent Pool, comprising the best representatives of the new generation, is being successfully implemented. These initiatives are aimed at ensuring that young people have opportunities to demonstrate leadership qualities, contribute to the country’s development, and take a worthy place in state and public governance,” said Yevgeny Kochetov.
As part of the visit to Hong Kong, the Kazakh delegation also held a bilateral meeting with the Secretary for Home and Youth Affairs of Hong Kong. In addition, talks were held with the leadership of the Hong Kong Arts Development Council, during which prospects for partnership in the field of creative industries were discussed.
