The President of Kazakhstan and UN Secretary-General António Guterres discussed the agenda of the United Nations General Assembly session.

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev reaffirmed that Kazakhstan will continue to support the Organisation and actively contribute to its central role in strengthening peace, stability, and sustainable development.

As part of the meeting, in the presence of the President and the Secretary-General, a Memorandum on the functioning of the UN Regional Centre for Sustainable Development Goals for Central Asia and Afghanistan was signed.
