“Last year, during the official visit of the President of Kyrgyzstan to Kazakhstan, a number of agreements were reached aimed at bringing the youth of our two countries closer together. One of the results is the opening of the branch of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University in Osh. The Government of Kazakhstan is allocating 50 scholarships for Kyrgyz students, and starting next year, this number will increase to 60,” the Head of State stated.

Minister Nurbek underlined that:

“The branch of the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University in the Kyrgyz Republic is an important step that elevates cooperation between our countries in education and science to a new qualitative level. This platform will strengthen the region’s human capital through training in priority fields, expanding joint research, and developing double-degree programs.”

It should be noted that ENU currently cooperates with 16 higher education institutions in the Kyrgyz Republic within the framework of academic mobility and dual-degree programs.
