First Vice Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askarbek Yertayev Holds Bilateral Meeting with Ambassador of the Republic of Korea. First Vice Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askarbek Yertayev and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to the Republic of Kazakhstan Cho Tae-ik held a bilateral meeting. During the talks, the parties discussed further steps towards the inclusion of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Korea’s Employment Permit System (EPS) for foreign workers.

Askarbek Yertayev informed Cho Tae-ik of the set of measures being undertaken by Kazakhstan to ensure the legal, safe, and orderly employment of Kazakh citizens in the Republic of Korea.

The parties agreed to strengthen their cooperation in this area.

The Vice Minister expressed his appreciation to the Embassy of the Republic of Korea for the constructive and substantive dialogue.
